Congratulations to all the Athletes who competed in the 2009 NPC Julie Palmer Ultimate Showdown in Toledo, Ohio. It was an extremely tough show and everyone looked outstanding. I am happy to say that the show continues to grow every year and I can not wait to see what next year brings.
I am getting ready to start my Olympia prep in the next few weeks so I am really excited about that. My ankle is healing finally and I am able to tumble again so all should be good for the O. I hope that everyone enjoys the sunshine and best of luck as you all prepare to step on stage this summer.
